Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a 2-day course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. The certification process provides candidates with an understanding of Scrum values, which emphasize teamwork, accountability and iterative progress toward a well-defined goal. At Stepwise Careers, we use a combination of instructions and team-based exercises, to teach what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement. At the end of the course delegates will have a free attempt at the exam to get a feel of what to expect. We also provide a three-month access to hundreds of possible exam questions to help your preparation and facilitate your becoming a Certified Scrum Master

The objective of the CSM® course is to teach you the fundamentals of Scrum techniques and give you the intellectual tools needed to implement Scrum. The Certified ScrumMaster Syllabus is the foundation on which your advanced scrum concepts will be built.
